Women in Local History – A program highlighting women in Klamath Basin history will be offered at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 26, at the Baldwin Hotel Museum. Free.
William Finley – A program on early-day wildlife advocate William Finley will be presented by the Oregon Historical Society at 7 p.m. Thursday, April 27, at the OIT College Union auditorium. Program sponsored by the Klamath County Historical Society and the Klamath County Museum. Free.
11th annual History Fitness Hike - This year's hike route is a nine-mile stretch on the OC&E State Trail, from Olene to Dairy. $25 fee includes T-shirt, lunch, and one-way transportation to hike starting point. Saturday, May 20. Registration and details tba.
Heritage Days – Living history encampment at the Fort Klamath Museum. Saturday and Sunday, May 27-28. Hours approximately 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. Free event.
Shevlin Tour – Tour of logging Shevlin logging camp sites in northern Klamath County, June 10. Registration and details tba.
Eclipse viewing party – Gathering to view the solar eclipse on Monday, Aug. 21, will be held at the Klamath County Museum. The sun will be 93 percent obscured as seen from Klamath Falls. Eclipse begins at 9 a.m., maximum obscuration at 10:19 a.m.
